Meeting started at 7:07 pm.
Secretaries report was announced and approved as
posted on line.
Treasurer's report was announced and approved.
An announcement was made by club President Karena
in regards to voting for the new board positions. Please renew by
the beginning of the February meeting so that you can vote.
Old Business was announced:
Al has hot pads that were left at the Christmas
party. The same location has been reserved for December 13th. Now
is a good time to think if there is any where else we wish to have
it.
VP Jim announced that the Car Show date is set
for September 28th.
Karena requested nominations for the four board
positions and the nominations were:
President: Karena Peterson No one else
nominated
Vice President: Darla Wilkins
Treasurer: Holly Jensen and Robert Minnieweather
Secretary: Wendy Minnieweather
Al has volunteered with John to continue the
appointment of MCA rep and wants to retire as the Parade chair.
Chris volunteered to assist Al if he will stay on a little while
longer.
New Business:
Al got the new AOD installed in his car.
Lou talked about membership involvement and the
importance of it.
Sara, possible renewal member, traded her mustang
for a Ford Focus.
Al spoke about the tab and plate taxes that
Washington State is imposing.
Jean spoke about Charity organizations
needing donations other than clothes. Specifically, tools, new
vacuum cleaners and other items. Contact Jean if you have any such
items.
Jim has lots of Mustang parts available,
specifically Fox body parts, as he and a partner bought out the
Mustang Ranch's inventory.
Raffle was done
Meeting was adjourned at 8pm.
