Meeting was opened by President Adam Jones at 7:30

Minutes from April’s meeting were approved as posted on the website

Treasurer’s report was read by Treasurer Brenda Costanzo and approved

Guests and “Long Time No See” members were welcomed

President asked members to send e-mails regarding club business only to the board members, not the entire club

Events recaps were presented for the Daffodil Parade, the Corvette Rally, Carwash, Pt. Angeles Car Show and the Bickford Ford SVT Show.

A sign-up sheet for this year’s parades was circulated by Al Schaffler

Brian Willets circulated a Dyno Day sign up sheet for May 20th. Club voted to reimburse Brian for up tp $50 in bbq supplies

Upcoming events were discussed: Spring into Summer Show, TriCities Show, DOD Car Show at Ft. Lewis, Cloverpark Car Show, All Star Cruise In, Pt. Townsend Cruise, Club Picnic, Pierce County Cruise to Ocean Shores, Snoqualmie Fall Cruise and Emerald Downs Ponies at the Ponies Day. Check events page of website for points of contact and dates.

Jim Cassidy has been in contact with the manager of “The Rock:Woodfired Pizza” restaurant in Lacey. They are interested in doing something with the club.

Mustangs West Car Show was discussed. Flyers are being prepared, we will have a t-shirt for presale, anyone who would like to volunteer to help is more than welcome and should contact Adam. Young owners category was changed to 25 years old and younger and a new class for owners over 65 will be added.

Members were reminded of the June 3rd Cruise In at the All Star Ford west-side location. This event will be promoted on 97.7 The Eagle radio station, who is one of our 2006 sponsors. And as part of their sponsorship, All Star Ford is now including a year’s membership to Mustangs West with the purchase of any Mustang.

Chris gave his thanks to the members who helped get his car on the road again.

Suggestion was made to drive to Dairy Queen following adjournment, most members in agreement.
