Minutes from June 1, 2006 General Meeting

Called to order at 7:35 by President Adam Jones

Treasurer’s report given by Treasurer Brenda Costanzo, approved as given

Guests welcomed and Patrick McDonald was welcomed home from Iraq with our thanks

Recaps were given for the Lacey Car Show, the Dyno Day and Tri-Cities Car Show

Al Schaffler gave an update on future parades, openings still remain for Lakefair in July

All members were encouraged to attend the All Star Ford Cruise in on June 3rd and the get together following at The Rock in Lacey

Members were reminded of upcoming car shows

It was voted by the members present that the club will pay of a day at the races at Emerald Downs. Dates will be looked into

A sign up sheet was circulated for the July 1st potluck at Jerry and Lucy’s house. Jerry reminded everyone to bring games or outdoor type toys. Time for the potluck is 4pm to 10pm

A new member was featured in the “Lacey” section of the Olympian, it was the POW/MIA Mustang

Members who plan on attending the Pt. Townsend cruise on June 24th should remember to take a lantern or flashlight. The departure place is Hawk’s Prairie McDonald’s at 8am

Volunteers are still needed for our car show in September. Contact Adam Jones to volunteer.
