accepted as read.

posted on the website.

merchandise that we have left over along with the prices: T-shirts - $15.00 Hats
- $10.00 and the hat/lapel pins - $1.00.
Also, Al has confirmed we are reserved to have Our Club Christmas party at
Columbian Hall, in Lacey on Saturday, December 17th at about 5:00PM, however,
those that would like to help set-up the Christmas decorations and the table and
chairs you might want to come about 2:00PM the more that show up the easier
it’ll be to set-up!
Jim Cassidy gave us the wrap-up of the Golf Tournament on October 8th, 2005,
Ruth received the “Closest to the Pin” award and unfortunately the club was
billed $35.00 golf cart damage due to Our President’s excellent driving skills.
The Breakfast Cruise that also had some folks show up and enjoying some
camaraderie over a huge breakfast.
Ballots were handed out to everyone in attendance for the voting on “Club Member
of the Year” for the past year, explaining that it should be somebody that has
promoted the club in a positive way and has stepped forward to do things for the
club without ever being asked.
Also, folks need to start thinking about the Club Elections in January and whom
they’d like to nominate for one of the four Board positions. It would be nice to
ask that person, before you put their names in for a Board positions, without
surprising them in January. Only Rule is that anyone your thinking about asking
must’ve been a member in good standing with the club for the past year (which,
is on the current club roster).
Also, membership dues are due by January 2006 meeting, family membership is
$25.00 and single membership is $20.00, Karena was at the meeting taking renewal
monies.
Club Property Storage: Asked for a bid from Jim on what we, as a club need to
put out to finish his shed to be able to store the club items in one place. He
will get us a bid or items needed to finish the shed.
Our Club Display at ALL STAR FORD is being scheduled by Adam Jones, when he’s
gotten in touch with the dealerships manager about a date he will putting the
details out to us, will see about Saturday, November 19th, because the trucks
will be on sale at the Sears parking lot.
Also, we’d like to have folks come forward and volunteer for different
committee’s next year, such as Al Schaffler for our Parade Chairperson. Just
thoughts for folks to think about come this coming year!
Christmas Party Potluck Sign-up list went around on how many in each of the
participants party and what they had volunteered to bring. We have 3 folks
already signed up for the cooking of the 2 Turkeys and the Ham.

Vice President's Comments
I missed the Progressive Dinner for the 1st time in my 5 years as a member of Mustang's west. I regretted that, but I have heard what an awesome success it was (Unofficially 27 cars). I saw some of the photos from the event, looked like fun.
Thanks to our Halloween party hosts, Mark and Clista! Party was great! Vanessa, Jordan, and I had a great time! Some wonderful costumes too! That's one of the things I like about our club, its about people that like to have fun, that share similar interests.
If you haven't noticed, the main picture link on the home of our website used to link to the show info. Now if you click on it, it brings up the photos from our West Coast Nationals show.
See you all at the Christmas Party.
